"This pineapple salsa is fantastic. The sweet pineapple is seemingly pureed, or stewed, and works really well with the tomato and chili's. This has a medium heat that builds a bit as you enjoy but if you're like me, a jar at a time is pretty standard. This salsa is not 90% pineapple, 10% cilantro and onion or whatever. Instead, it's a great balance that the sweetness of the pineapple makes you want to keep going back for more without being extremely sweet.
